220411-N-TH560-0257 YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 11, 2022) Airman Philip Wells, from St. Louis, poses for a photo during a Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Fleet Engagement Team event aboard the Navy’s only forward-deployed nuclear aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Wells enlisted in the Navy as part of the Professional Apprenticeship Career Tracks (PACT) program and earned the Yeoman rating at the event, April 11, 2022. The Fleet Engagement Team, consisting of enlisted community managers, rating specialists and detailers from NPC, worked one-on-one with PACT Sailors in Japan to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
