    ARTA, Djibouti (Feb 15, 2022) – U.S. Navy Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Joseph Shaw, a Sailor from Collingswood, N.J., currently deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, signals to the range safety officer that, Chief Master-at-Arms Wilson Brinley, a Sailor from South Bend, Ind., is ready to start the course of fire during the shot gun qualification course at the Arta Range Complex. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
