Kevin Coyne passes Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 14’s battle flag to Command Master Chief Shawn Hinderberger during NMCB-14’s change of command ceremony at Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Orrick Haney relieved Coyne as Commanding Officer of NMCB-14.
