U.S. Marines with 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2d Marine Division, observe a small unmanned aerial system during Littoral Exercise I (LEX I) in Parris Island, South Carolina, Jan. 26, 2022. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors are experimenting with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast.
