SAN DIEGO (Nov. 19, 2021)— Rear Adm. Wayne Baze, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 3, left, receives a gift from Rear Adm. Kyu-Paek Park, commander, Republic of Korea Navy Cruise Training Task Group (ROKN CTTG), during a ceremony aboard Chungmugong Yi Sun-si-class destroyer ROKS Wang Geon (DDH-978) in San Diego, Nov. 19. ROKN CTTG is an annual training exercise for fourth year midshipmen of the ROK Naval Academy to practice ocean-going navigation, cultivate military knowledge and develop adaptability skills as junior officers, and experience military diplomatic events.
