David Landis, a park ranger from the Nashville District is assigned to the Deployable Tactical Operations System, or DTOS that is being used as a Right of Entry (ROE) collection site for the Hurricane Ida Blue Roof program. he Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center in Houma, Louisiana . USACE is supporting the state of Louisiana under a FEMA mission assignment to assist eligible homeowners with temporary roof repairs through the Operation Blue Roof program. Landis is providing help to a homeowner with the completion of his on-line ROE. The DTOS provides mobile communications and operations workspace to support emergency response missions.
