    U.S. Air Force Col. Christopher Dunlap, wing commander of the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia National Guard, visits the chief executive officer and other leaders of Memorial Health University Medical Center on September 16, 2021 in Savannah, Georgia. Eighteen Airmen from the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia National Guard were activated to this hospital by order of the Governor of Georgia to assist with various administrative and basic patient care during the current surge of COVID-19 cases in the state. These citizen Airmen, come from multiple different career fields including medical, personnel, and logistics readiness have been assisting civilian medical providers in various departments of the hospital.
