U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Glenn Steele, a personnel specialist from the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia National Guard, performs administrative duties at the main entrance at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia on September 16, 2021. Steele was activated for COVID-19 pandemic response two weeks ago and has been greeting and escorting visitors, processing paperwork and helping with crowd management in the lobby areas. He said he never imagined this activation as something he would do while in the Air National Guard but he has embraced the role and had a very positive experience so far.
