The 1st Theater Sustainment Command Commanding General Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr. reviews the watchstanders’ standard operating procedures during his visit to the Theater Confinement Facility at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Sept. 13, 2021. As the general read through the standard operating procedures for the facility, he questioned Sgt. Maxwell Kipgen and Spc. Henry Trebes, watchstanders, both of who deployed to the camp with a detachment from the Army Reserve's Joplin, Missouri, based 75th Military Police Company, about facility operations.
