    Maj. Gen. Antonio V. Munera, the commanding general of 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, receives his certificate of promotion from Maj. Gen. Donna Martin, the incoming U.S. Army Inspector General, during a promotion ceremony Aug. 20 at the Myer Auditorium on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
