Ayhab, a young Iraqi boy from Narhwan, Iraq, waves goodbye as he gets inside into a car before leaving for a hospital in Najaf, Iraq, where he will receive the second part of his colonoscopy reversal surgery. U.S. Army Soldiers from the 489th Civil Affairs Battalion, Knoxville, Tenn., attached to 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, worked with Iraqi army Col. Abbas, commanding officer of Besmaya Range, to have him flown down to the hospital in Najaf from his base in Besemaya, Oct. 6.
