Abbas, commanding officer of Besmaya Range, say goodbye to Ayhab, a young Iraqi boy, before his flight to a hospital in Najaf, Iraq, where he will get the second part of his colonoscopy reversal surgery. Ayhab's transportation from his home in Narhwan, Iraq, to the hospital in Najaf, Iraq, consisted of a joint effort between U.S. and Iraqi forces, Oct. 6.
