EBWC Army Combat Physical Fitness Test

U.S. Army Spc. Andrzej Walega, Brighton, Colorado native, and Grenadier with 2nd Cavalry Regiment, 7th Army Training Command, performs leg tucks during the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7. The Soldiers conduct the Army Combat Physical Fitness Test (ACFT) which is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination. A top priority is making sure we are generating and sustaining highly trained, disciplined and fit tactical units, maintaining the capacity and capability to meet the operational demands of the Joint Force, and rapidly deploying Army forces to combatant commanders.
