U.S. Army Sgt. William Schofield, Rumford, Rhode Island native, and Intelligence Analyst with 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, Intelligence and Security Command, conducts the hand release push-up arm extension event during the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7. The Army Combat Physical Fitness Test (ACFT) is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination. Based on the Army People Strategy, the Army is making sure we have the right people, with the right skills and training, in the right roles, to succeed in complex future missions. The U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition is one way we highlight our Soldiers’ ability to win in these complex missions. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. George B. Davis/Released)
