The 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team command team and staff stand for a photo prior to a change of command ceremony June 25, 2021, in Fort Polk, La. Col. Matthew Woodruff was succeeded by Col. Michael Flaherty during the ceremony, held near the end of a monthlong training rotation for the 37th IBCT at Fort Polk’s Joint Readiness Training Center, which trains BCTs to conduct large-scale combat operations on the battlefield.
