A U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III aircraft pilot assigned to the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, and a flying crew chief assigned to the 8th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, perform a preflight inspection prior to flying a mission in support of the Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan, May 6, 2021.
