U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael E. Martin is the 18th commander in SOCKOR's 32-year history and will be joined by U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. JoAnn Naumann, the unit's 13th senior enlisted leader, who took responsibility from outgoing SEL U.S. Navy Command Master Chief Stephen D. White in a ceremony held June 22, 2021.
