    Special Operations Command Korea

    The 8th Army Band plays music during the Special Operations Command change of command ceremony wherein U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Otto K. Liller, relinquished command to U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael E. Martin at the Paik Auditorium in the Vessey Complex on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, June 23, 2021. Martin is the 18th commander in SOCKOR's 32-year history and will be joined by U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. JoAnn Naumann, the unit's 13th senior enlisted leader, who took responsibility from outgoing SEL U.S. Navy Command Master Chief Stephen D. White in a ceremony held June 22, 2021.
