    Chad McBride, Rescue Specialist, Air Support Division, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, waits for Rich Dickner, Systems Officer, Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Air Support Division, to give him the signal to begin his descent down to an injured hiker during a rescue training exercise in north Phoenix on June 6.

    The injured hikers in this exercise were played by members of the Arizona National Guard activated under Task Force Badge to provide non-law enforcement support to counties throughout the state.
