TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 6, 2021) Steelworker Constructionman Jaleel Jackson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a rake to spread concrete throughout a mooring bollard to ensure its structural integrity as part of the Tinian Harbor repair project. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
