TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 6, 2021) Marines assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion (ESB) and Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, finish mooring bollard surfaces using 2x4 planks as part of the Tinian Harbor repair project. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
