TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 5, 2021) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Austin Salinksy, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, operates a front-end loader to add foundation material at a Tinian Harbor project site. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
