Nicole Govan, park rangers for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District, and members of the Leadership Development Program, Level 2, help clean up the East Branch Clarion River Lake the campgrounds and visitor areas in Wilcox, Pennsylvania, May 26, 2021, for the dam's grand reopening. The ceremony celebrates the completion of the $250 million, East Branch Clarion River Dam Safety Modification project. The project began in 2014 and consisted of constructing a 2200 linear feet cutoff wall that penetrates up to 250 feet down through the middle of the earthen dam.
