    28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

    The 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade command team, Col. Howard Lloyd, Command Sgt. Maj. Sean Livolsi and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Chuck Doyno, case the brigade colors, a rallying flag, during a transfer of authority ceremony.

    The 28th ECAB formally transferred authority of their mission in the Middle East to the 40th Combat Aviation Brigade during a ceremony this week.
