Three U.S. Navy officers in dress uniforms stand at attention on a wooden stage flanked by the United States flag and the United States Navy flag. Between and beside them are displayed two pieces of historical diving/safety equipment: a vintage hard-hat diving suit and an orange immersion/survival suit. The setting appears to be a formal military ceremony or change-of-command event.
