Three U.S. Navy officers in dress uniform stand at attention during a formal military ceremony, flanked by the United States flag and a United States Navy flag. A vintage deep-sea diving suit with a brass helmet is displayed as a ceremonial artifact on the right side of the stage. An orange immersion/survival suit is also visible on the far left, suggesting a diving or naval salvage-related event.
