Two U.S. Navy officers in dress uniforms stand flanking a vintage deep-sea diving suit displayed on a mannequin during what appears to be a formal military ceremony or retirement event. An American flag is visible in the background along with blue velvet curtains. The officer on the right holds a blue folder, suggesting an award or certificate presentation.
