Able Seaman Tim Jensen and Seaman Engineer Brian Korvel, crewmembers from the HDMS Knud Rasmussen, a Royal Danish Navy patrol vessel, carry Petty Officer 1st Class Mario De La Paz, a crewmember aboard the 225-foot U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, homeported in Newport, R.I., during a simulated emergency response exercise while underway off Greenland's west coast Friday, Sept. 7, 2012. For the scenario, crewmembers from the Knud Rasmussen went aboard the Juniper and served as emergency responders to a simulated fire and medical casualties as part of an Arctic deployment to enhance interoperability with international forces and to provide the experience of working and responding to incidents in the harsh Arctic environment.
