A large parking lot has been converted into a drive-through testing or vaccination site, marked with numbered lane signs in English and Spanish ('CARRIL'). Orange traffic cones delineate the lanes, and personnel in high-visibility vests are visible in the background. The setup suggests a organized, multi-lane public health operation, likely a COVID-19 testing or vaccination site.
