During a Fort Worth District site visit Aug. 28, Brig. Gen. Thomas W. Kula, commander, Southwestern Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, was briefed on two city of Dallas projects inside the federally authorized Dallas Floodway System. Kula, atop the Dallas East Levee, is briefed on the cut-off wall’s progress with Dhruv Pandya, center, assistant director of operations, Trinity Watershed Management, city of Dallas; and Mike Bormann, director, Trinity River Corridor Project, Fort Worth District.
