Soldiers from the 877th Engineer Company, out of Augusta, Ga., assists a civilian role-playing as a casualty during a crisis-response scenario, Aug. 30, on Fort Bragg, N.C. The soldiers were training with military and civilian first responders in North Carolina's Vigilant Guard training exercise. The civilian and military responders worked side by side to ensure everyone is ready if they are needed to respond to a natural or man-made disaster.
