A native of Oxford, Mississippi, he earned his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Mississippi. Westmoreland says, "My team ensures proper scheduling, manning, and radiation safety measures are in place, so they can accurately and rapidly interpret both emergent and routine radiology imaging studies for patients at the hospital and branch health clinics."
