U.S. Navy Ship's Serviceman 2nd Class Amanda Daly removes a load of clean uniforms from a washer in the laundry room aboard the hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) Aug. 28, 2012, while under way in the Pacific Ocean. Mercy was en route to its home port of San Diego after completing a four-and-a-half-month mission in support of Pacific Partnership 2012. Pacific Partnership is an annual deployment of forces designed to strengthen maritime and humanitarian partnerships during disaster relief operations, while providing humanitarian, medical, dental and engineering assistance to nations of the Pacific.
