Capt. Capt. Riley Kramer, 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, Forward Support Company commander, presents a Certificate of Achievement to Spc. Christian Ames, a food service specialist assigned to 2-8 Cav. Reg., for winning the Cook of the Quarter Competition on March 12, 2021, at the Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania. Ames was given 45 minutes to create a meal from chicken breast, cabbage and potatoes. Once the meal was present to a panel of judges, he was asked a series of board questions.
