Pfc. Viviana Hernandez, a food service specialist assigned to 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, sautés sliced bell peppers with garlic, oil and butter during the Cook of the Quarter Competition March 12, 2021, at the Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania. Hernandez was given 45 minutes to create a meal from chicken breast, cabbage and potatoes. After serving her plate to a panel of judges, she was asked a series of board question between bites.
