Viviana Hernandez, a food service specialist assigned to 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, sautés sliced bell peppers with garlic, oil and butter during the Cook of the Quarter Competition March 12, 2021, at the Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania.
