A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are conducting a field training exercise in a wooded area. Several soldiers are carrying a casualty on a litter/stretcher while wearing face masks and full combat gear including rucksacks. The setting appears to be a deciduous/mixed forest during late autumn or winter based on the leaf-covered ground and bare trees.
