Four military personnel in camouflage uniforms and face masks are carrying what appears to be a casualty or simulated casualty on an improvised litter through a wooded training area. The soldiers are wearing OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms with tactical gear and black winter hats, suggesting a cold-weather field training exercise. The setting appears to be a military training ground with pine trees and leaf-covered ground.
