U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight write notes about patient care and speak with their instructors while inside a Negatively Pressurized Conex during training at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Jan. 30, 2021. Once the door is closed and pressurized, personnel cannot leave the unit without following strict procedures.
