The CERTEX is the MEU’s final training exercise before deploying later this year. The two-week training evolution evaluates the unit’s ability to complete missions it may face while forward deployed. Arreola, 22, is from Center Point, Texas, and Bonner, 26, is from Boynton Beach, Fla.
