PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 24, 2020) Sailors and Marines deployed on a Mark VI patrol boat from Task Force 75 recover a MK 18 Mod 2 unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) from the Unmanned Systems (UMS) Platoon to collect survey data of the Philippine Sea. Task Force 75 is U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of maritime security operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction throughout the Indo-Pacific.
