PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 24, 2020) Fleet Support Representative Kevin St. John and Electronics Technician 1st Class Nigel Brown, both deployed with the unmanned systems capability of Task Force 75, monitor and control a MK 18 Mod 2 unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) while collecting survey data of the Philippine Sea from a Mark VI patrol boat. Task Force 75 is U.S. 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of maritime security operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction throughout the Indo-Pacific.
