A person in military/OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform and gloves is applying simulated wound makeup to a seated individual's forehead using a small bottle of red/purple liquid. The seated person has realistic-looking fake lacerations and blood applied to their forehead, consistent with a medical training or MASCAL (mass casualty) exercise moulage application. Several other individuals are visible in the background, likely awaiting similar moulage application.
