Allen Herritage, 633rd Mission Support Group commander, hands a giant pair of scissors to Airman 1st Class Noah Richey, 633rd Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels distribution operator, during a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Ground Vehicles Fuel Facility at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Oct. 13, 2020.
