Gladys Ngari is hugged by her family after being honored for her being the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Employment Center Program 3,000th hire at a ceremony held at NCNG Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, Oct. 19, 2020. Ngari earned the honor of being the 3,000th hire of the center after completing the CISCO Experience Talent Incubation Program. The center began operations in 2013.
