Gladys Ngari introduces her family to Victoria Knott, a counselor with the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Employment Center, at NCNG Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, Oct. 19, 2020. Ngari was honored during a ceremony later that day for being the 3,000th hire of the center after completing the CISCO Experience Talent Incubation Program. The center began operations in 2013.
