Sgt. Daquan Smith, 10th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, performs a mock medical check on Pfc. Alan Sanchez, 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 1ABCT, 3ID, to display his medical expertise while competing in the Raider Brigade Noncommissioned Officer/Soldier of the Quarter competition, September 17, 2020, at Fort Stewart, Georgia. On the first day of the competition, teams consisting of an NCO and a junior enlisted Soldier had to traverse the Marne Mile obstacle course and answer questions based on the Division’s and Brigade’s history after each obstacle.
