Staff Sgt. Tanner Richardson, 5th Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, climbs over the Modified Weaver while competing in the Raider Brigade Noncommissioned Officer/Soldier of the Quarter competition, September 17, 2020, at Fort Stewart, Georgia. On the first day of the competition, teams consisting of an NCO and a junior enlisted Soldier had to traverse the Marne Mile obstacle course and answer questions based on the Division’s and Brigade’s history after each obstacle.
