Congratulations to Tech Sergeant Matthew Splichal, Operations Group Executive Officer, 374th Operations Group, on being this week’s Airlifter of the Week!
Following the AF core value of “excellence in all we do”, TSgt Splichal honed his instructor loadmaster abilities by acting as the Senior Enlisted Leader during Exercise Red Flag Alaska. He managed 44 personnel that spanned across 6 AFSCs during a 3 week TDY which produced an unprecedented 49 missions supporting 2,000 joint personnel, organized a bilateral airdrop with the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force, and enabled one of PACAFs most important tactical objectives by organizing an agile combat employment scenario.
