Military legislative staff visited JBER as part of an Alaska-wide tour of military installations for an overview of U.S. military entities in Alaska, focusing on their impacts and relevance to the Pacific theater. The staff were updated on current projects, future exercises and readiness, with an emphasis on forces assigned to Alaska and evolving Pacific Command and arctic issues.
