Oregon Army National Guard Sgt. Tyson Bruer directs Sgt. Sory Diagouraga of the 224th Engineer Company in the High Mobility Engineer Excavator or HMEE to excavate large rocks from the work site where the company is working to build up the ground for the regional high school track improvement project in Maupin, Ore., Aug. 5, 2020. The company spent their 2020 annual training conducting an Innovated Readiness Training project in Maupin by raising an area to improve the regional high school’s track and field which will become part of the Maupin Deschutes River Athletic Complex.
